Job Title: Technical Writer- Expert (Remote) Location: Raleigh, NC Duration: 12 Months with possible extension Job Description: This position ensures that the client's process to execute MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts and other agreements is well organized and efficient.

They will work closely with client business leads and partners to draft MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements. client's contracts writer will proactively coordinate with client's legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement teams to ensure that all required information is provided, issues are addressed, and agreements satisfy the respective team's requirements.

The contracts writer will develop and maintain an organized repository of all client agreements and related documentation and collaborate with business leads to ensure programs and services are in alignment with related agreements.

Skills: Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience Extensive experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements Required 7 Years Familiarity with legal, privacy and security, finance, and procurement processes, preferably in the health IT sector Required 5 Years Extensive experience maintaining organized document repositories in SharePoint Required 5 Years Familiarity with health IT programs and services, preferably related to interoperability and health information exchange Required 5 Years Familiarity with the administration of Medicaid Advance Planning Documents and other federal funding processes Required 3 Years
