Requirements

• We require hands-on software engineering experience across the full stack, with a track record of shipping real products and solving complex problems.

• We require experience with request validation, response handling, and API security.
• We require experience with Entity Framework Core.
• We require experience with multi-tenant application design.
• We require strong MySQL experience.
• We require strong AWS infrastructure knowledge.
• We require CI/CD workflow experience via Azure DevOps and Git.
• We require the ability to reliably commute to or relocate to our Newark-on-Trent office before starting work.
• We require United Kingdom work authorisation.
• We require at least 5 years of leadership experience.
• We require at least 1 year of software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• We own full stack delivery and take end-to-end responsibility for product development at every layer of the stack.

• We design, build, and maintain robust front-end and back-end systems from concept to deployment.

We are hiring for a senior engineering role at the heart of our product development, where you will help define how we build, what we build, and how we grow as a team. This is a primarily office-based position at our Newark office, with hybrid flexibility and at least two days per week in the office, reflecting our belief that face-to-face collaboration remains central to how we operate and develop.
