Job Description

Account Executive Commission-Only | Potential Equity Opportunity | Remote / Flexible Loud Face Supply is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to help us grow partnerships with rodeos, western events, boutiques, retailers, and businesses that need better merchandise and stronger branding.

We are not just selling wholesale hats and apparel. We help our partners build merchandise collections and brand experiences that feel authentic to their audience, fit their culture, and actually sell.

Our services can include custom hats and apparel, event merchandise strategy, rebranding, website design, sponsor materials, online sales support, and fulfillment.

This is an outbound sales role for someone who is comfortable opening doors, building relationships, following up consistently, and turning conversations into long-term accounts.

This Is Not a Traditional “High-Pressure” Sales Job We are not looking for someone who blasts generic messages, pushes people into deals, or burns through relationships for a quick commission. The rodeo and western world is relationship-driven. Reputation matters.

Many of the best opportunities come from trust, referrals, repeat business, and being known as someone who genuinely understands the customer’s event, audience, and goals.

The right person will take a long-term approach: start real conversations, listen well, provide value early, follow up without being annoying, and help prospects make good decisions—even when they are not ready to buy immediately.

We want someone who can build a strong network over time and become a trusted resource for rodeos, western events, boutiques, and businesses—not just another salesperson trying to sell them something.

What You’ll Do Prospect and reach out to rodeos, western events, boutiques, retailers, and other potential wholesale or custom-merchandise partners.Build and manage your own sales pipeline from first outreach through signed agreement and handoff to our project team.Identify opportunities for merchandise, branding, rebranding, website design, sponsor decks, online stores, and other brand-growth services.Run discovery calls to understand a prospect’s event, audience, current merchandise, goals, and pain points.Present Loud Face Supply’s offer in a way that connects the work to real outcomes: stronger branding, better product, more merchandise sales, and a better fan/customer experience.Follow up professionally and consistently until opportunities are closed or clearly disqualified.Keep notes, activity, and deal stages updated in our CRM.Work closely with the owner and creative/project team to ensure a smooth transition once an account closes.

What We’re Looking For 3+ years of sales, business development, account executive, wholesale, partnership, or outbound prospecting experience preferred.Strong communication skills by phone, email, text, video call, and in person.Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up, objection handling, and asking for the close.Self-motivated and organized—you will have flexibility, but you need to create your own momentum.A relationship-first seller who understands that trust, reputation, repeat business, and referrals matter more than forcing a quick deal.Someone who can build genuine relationships and represent a growing brand professionally.Experience in the rodeo, western, event, retail, boutique, apparel, promotional-product, sponsorship, or wholesale world is a major bonus.Ability to understand that our value is not simply “custom merch,” but helping clients create a stronger brand and more sellable product.Familiarity with CRM tools, prospecting tools, and managing a sales pipeline is preferred.

Compensation This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no cap on earnings. Compensation is tied directly to closed business, creating meaningful upside for someone who can consistently build and close a strong pipeline.

For the right person who proves they can create meaningful long-term value, there may also be an opportunity for performance-based equity in Loud Face Supply.

Who Will Do Well Here This role is a strong fit for someone entrepreneurial, competitive, resourceful, and excited to help build something early. You should be comfortable working independently, creating opportunities from scratch, and being rewarded directly for results.

You care about doing right by the customer. You know a “not right now” can become a great account later when the relationship is handled well.

If you are interested in western culture, rodeos, events, apparel, branding, retail, or relationship-driven sales—and want to help build a company that is changing what event merchandise can look like—we would love to hear from you.
