[Remote] Technical Program Manager-Trust & Safety

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. VBeyond Corporation is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Technical Program Manager to support initiatives within the Child Safety organization.

The TPM will partner with various stakeholders to drive technical program execution and enhance child safety across platforms.

Responsibilities Drive end-to-end execution of multiple Child Safety programs and initiativesDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and status reportingCoordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, Policy, and Trust & Safety teamsTrack dependencies, identify blockers, and proactively drive resolution to ensure successful deliveryFacilitate program reviews, stakeholder meetings, and executive updatesDefine and operationalize scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and reporting frameworksMonitor program health, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)Manage risks, issues, and change requests while ensuring alignment across stakeholdersSupport technical and operational execution of safety-related initiatives and platform improvementsDocument decisions, action items, and program learnings to improve organizational effectiveness Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Project ManagementProven experience managing complex cross-functional technical programsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologiesExperience coordinating engineering-driven initiatives and working closely with technical teamsExceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilitiesExperience supporting Trust & Safety, Integrity, Risk, Compliance, Content Moderation, or Safety-related programsFamiliarity with online safety, child protection, abuse prevention, or platform integrity initiativesExperience working with data-driven decision making and operational metricsKnowledge of incident management, governance, and large-scale operational processesExperience in highly regulated or sensitive business environments Company Overview VBeyond Corporation is a staffing and recruiting company specializing in emerging search and HR consulting services.
