Job Title: Project Manager/Scrum Master - Financial Systems Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Education and Experience • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. • 7+ years of progressive project management experience, including delivery of financial systems, capital markets, treasury, or accounting platform initiatives; 3+ years serving as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead. • PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred. • Demonstrated experience leading projects involving settlement, payments, trading lifecycle events, collateral management, accounting processes, or financial reporting, in close collaboration with BAs, Operations, Treasury, Accounting, Technology, Risk, and Internal Audit. • Exposure to Calypso or similar trading/treasury platforms is a strong plus.
