You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing strategists to design, build, and operationalize statistical models that drive product performance, advertising effectiveness, and strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Role Overview This full‑time, remote position offers a dynamic blend of data science, marketing analytics, and AI research. You will work on high‑impact projects that involve: Analyzing multi‑terabyte data sets from internal and external sources.

Developing predictive and causal models to forecast user behavior, ad performance, and revenue outcomes. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Communicating findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and storytelling. Maintaining and scaling data pipelines that feed real‑time analytics dashboards.

Key Responsibilities Data Exploration & Preparation: Extract, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, R, and cloud‑based data warehouses.

Statistical Modeling & Machine Learning: Build, validate, and deploy models for attribution, churn prediction, ad spend optimization, and audience segmentation.

Experiment Design & Analysis: Design A/B tests, conduct hypothesis testing, and interpret results to inform product and marketing strategy.

Collaboration & Communication: Partner with product owners, engineers, and marketers to understand requirements, share insights, and iterate on solutions.

Automation & Scalability: Develop reusable code libraries, automated reporting tools, and production‑ready pipelines that support arenaflex’s global analytics platform.

Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging techniques in Bayesian modeling, causal inference, and AI‑driven analytics; mentor junior analysts and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Strategic Impact: Identify key performance drivers, surface actionable recommendations, and influence roadmap decisions that affect millions of users worldwide.

Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or business intelligence.

Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language for data science (Python or R). Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex data sets and to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, and marketing teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a quantitative discipline. Hands‑on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure).

Background in marketing mix modeling (MMM), attribution analysis, or media analytics. Experience designing and executing large‑scale experiments, including multi‑armed bandit testing. Familiarity with Bayesian statistical methods and hierarchical modeling.

Track record of leading quantitative research that drives measurable business impact. Core Skills & Competencies Analytical Rigor: Ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and apply rigorous statistical techniques.
