Entry Level Scrum Master (W2 Remote role)

Job Title: Entry Level Scrum Master Location: Remote / Hybrid / Onsite (USA) Employment Type: W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire, or Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals interested in building a career in Business Analysis and Agile project delivery.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, Agile processes, and project coordination. Responsibilities Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.

Create and maintain user stories, process flows, and project documentation. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to support project delivery.

Track project tasks, requirements, and action items. Support backlog management and requirements prioritization. Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of Business Analysis or Agile/Scrum concepts is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and documentation. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
