Job Description
To enhance user experience in HR technology, the contract HR Tech UX Researcher will plan and execute generative and evaluative research, conduct discovery interviews, and design usability studies, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities Plan and execute research across Recruiter, Hiring Manager, and Candidate personas, including discovery interviews and contextual inquiries Synthesize research findings into journey maps, personas, and opportunity frameworks while maintaining a living research repository Conduct longitudinal panels to track behavioral changes in recruiters post-launch and manage pilot participant feedback Required qualifications 5+ years of UX research experience in enterprise SaaS or HR tech environments Proficiency with research platforms such as Dovetail, Maze, or UserZoom Mixed-methods research proficiency, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies Experience researching AI-augmented products and documenting explainability challenges Familiarity with complex multi-system ecosystems like ATS, HRIS, and CRM integrations is preferred
