Job Description
Role: Senior QA Engineer responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across diverse projects, including urban living, media, and healthcare innovations.
Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate functionality, performance, and user expectations. Participate in Agile processes, analyzing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain automated tests to improve efficiency and coverage. Conduct exploratory and manual testing to identify bugs and usability issues. Test functional edge cases and validate data integrity using SQL queries.
Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure high-quality test execution. Test across platforms, including APIs, databases, and security systems. Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and speed delivery.
Maintain a customer-first focus on user experience, performance, and security. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 9 years of hands-on QA experience, including test strategy and documentation. 3+ years of automation testing experience with tools like Selenium, TestComplete, or UFT, and scripting for automation.
Leadership in Agile/Scrum environments with proven QA strategy implementation. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, tools like Jenkins, and testing frameworks like Cucumber and WebDriverIO. Experience with database testing using PL/SQL and knowledge of API testing tools like Postman.
