Role Description As a UI/UX Designer at LeadVaultAI, you will design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for our agentic AI lead generation platform in a fully remote, full-time capacity.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that optimize usability and engagement.

Your day-to-day work will include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, designing responsive layouts, and iterating on feedback to refine both web and dashboard experiences.

You will help define and maintain our design system, ensuring consistent visual language, accessibility, and interaction patterns across products.

You will also partner closely with the development team to support implementation, provide design specifications, and validate that shipped features align with the intended user experience.

Qualifications Strong user experience design skills, including User Experience Design (UED), user flows, wireframing, and journey mapping.Proficiency in visual design and mockups, with the ability to create polished UI layouts, typography systems, and component-based designs.Hands-on experience with prototyping tools to build interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder reviews.Familiarity with front-end development concepts (e.g., HTML, CSS, responsive design) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.Experience designing data-heavy or SaaS dashboards, preferably in B2B or AI-driven products, is highly desirable.Working knowledge of accessibility best practices (e.g., color contrast, keyboard navigation, ARIA) and responsive design standards.Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).Strong communication, documentation, and remote collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
