Role Summary
The Associate Director, HCP Strategy Lead, owns the marketing strategy for the HPV Adolescent HCP segment in alignment with the brands opportunity spaces. This role drives the end-to-end HCP approach - from insight generation to strategy development, path-to-recommendation, and content & channel plans through omnichannel (Sales Force and NPP) delivery - to increase intent to recommend and administer adolescent vaccination in alignment with brand, enterprise, and public health objectives.
The role requires deep expertise in HCP behavior, sales force planning and execution, digital engagement, and agile marketing, as well as the ability to translate insights into campaigns and plans that motivate HCPs to initiate and complete the HPV vaccine series for adolescents. Additionally, this role requires knowledge and appreciation of the U.S. Vaccines stakeholder ecosystem, the interconnectedness of our company's vaccines portfolio of products, buy-and-bill model, commercial offer contracting, and the public health segment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies : Own Adolescent HCP Strategy for the US HPV franchise, including insights, strategic priorities, target-setting and short- and long-term plans. Recommend Adolescent HCP strategic priorities (in collaboration with MPO, to USCL and G9 LT).
- Customer research and insights : Define and set market research objectives and data analyses needs while working with cross-functional teams to identify customer and market trends and insights. Utilize these insights to inform marketing strategies and drive customer engagement.
- Digital marketing : Develop and implement with cross-functional team the digital marketing strategies to engage and educate HCPs, utilizing various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing to reach and engage the target audience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, market research, analytics, and digital engagement, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Ensure the sales team is informed, engaged, and motivated to support execution. Partner with the promotion review team to seek guidance and secure approval for marketing content.
- Collaborate with agencies and other external support teams : Work closely with a wide range of agencies and partners to help build insights, develop and test different concepts with the plan of executing go-to-market strategies.
- Budget management : Develop and manage elements of the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and maximizing returns on investment.
- Performance tracking and analytics : Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools. Identify areas of improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Compliance and regulatory guidelines: Ensure all individual efforts and marketing activities are compliant with industry and regulatory guidelines, as well as our company's policies, standards, and norms.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a minimum. A master's degree preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a customer-focused role.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including customer behavior and market trends.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory guidelines in the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with the agile marketing process.
Location
- Upper Gwynedd, Hybrid (3 days on-site per week per U.S. Hybrid Work Model)

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is
$142,400.00 - $224,100.00
