Remote Lead Developer

Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong technical leadership experience, including understanding what makes a team successful and how to support colleagues in their career development
• Good experience in Java and the associated ecosystem
• Problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic approach to exploring options and finding effective solutions
• Understanding of how to design and build well-structured, maintainable systems
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work
• Willingness to try new things, learn new skills, and grow your experience

Responsibilities

• Lead small, tight-knit multidisciplinary teams through the full development lifecycle
• Work in a hands-on, client-facing role solving complex software problems
• Build and foster client relationships and advise clients on key technology and software delivery decisions
• Contribute more widely across our business by collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues
• Help shape consultancy engagements
