Salary: £26,000 - 54,000 per year

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in IT support environments
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word formatting
• Knowledge of data protection and information security practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated approach
• Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
• Team-oriented with high reliability and professionalism
• Technical expertise in Outlook, iOS, Active Directory, SCCM, and ServiceNow
• Basic networking knowledge, including cabling, patching, and wireless

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for office-based and remote employees
• Manage and monitor the helpdesk ticketing system through to resolution
• Deliver IT and AV support for client meetings and events
• Deploy and administer hardware, software, and mobile devices (iOS)
• Maintain inventory and billing for mobile devices
• Support joiner and leaver processes, including hardware, access, and setup
• Install and configure monitors, workstations, cabling, and telephony
• Perform regular maintenance of meeting rooms and IT equipment
• Support IT storage areas, equipment rooms, and shared devices
• Contribute to ad hoc IT projects and general support tasks
• Undertake occasional international travel as required
