Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / Learning certification (or equivalent) is advantageous
• Demonstrable experience delivering SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations in a client-facing role
• Strong knowledge of HR operating models, processes, and leading practices
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services environment is essential.
