Salary: £62,400 - 62,400 per year

• We require current, active government SC clearance (Security Check).
• We require proven 2nd line desktop support experience with Microsoft 365 products.
• We require experience using Intune for imaging and building laptops and desktops.
• We require solid support skills with Windows 11.
• We require experience supporting VIPs and executive-level users in a white glove environment.

Responsibilities

• We provide 2nd line remote desktop support to users.
• We support a major desktop migration project.
• We help users during a Google to M365 migration.
• We work with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
• We support VIP and executive-level users with white glove service.

This is a hands-on remote role focused on Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Intune, with an immediate start available.
