Requirements
- We are looking for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and can explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- We need someone who is highly organised and able to manage multiple support requests and priorities effectively.
- We need someone who takes ownership of incidents through to resolution and keeps users informed and supported.
- We are looking for someone who works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- We need someone who is adaptable and comfortable working across a broad range of technologies and environments.
- We require professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to safeguarding and data protection.
- We require experience in an IT Support Analyst or similar customer-facing IT support role.
- We require strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365 administration tools, including Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange.
- We are looking for someone based in or able to work from our Regional Support Office in Warwick five days per week.
Responsibilities
- We provide responsive technical support to our campuses and Regional Support Office via remote tools, phone, email, and service tickets.
- We diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and system issues across Windows devices, peripherals, and classroom technology.
- We manage incidents and requests through our IT service management platform, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- We install, configure, and support end-user devices and software, including laptops, desktops, and AV equipment.
- We administer Microsoft 365 services, including Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange.
- We support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, device preparation, and access management.
- We assist with software deployment, device lifecycle management, and routine maintenance tasks.
- We provide occasional on-site support for classroom technology, AV systems, printers, and network connectivity.
- We contribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- We support IT projects and system upgrades as required.
