One of our companies is currently looking for a Product Analyst, Chat in Anywhere. In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing the customer support experience by leveraging data to optimize chat tools, self-service technologies, and AI-powered chatbots.

You'll collaborate with teams across Product, Design, and Customer Experience to identify trends, evaluate performance, and recommend data-backed improvements.

From designing A/B tests to creating dashboards, you'll deliver insights that directly shape how customers interact with support. If you're passionate about solving problems through data and want to help build smarter customer service, this is the role for you.
