Scrum Master / Project Manager

Salary: £132,000 - 144,000 per year

Requirements

• Current DV level clearance
• A background in Central Government or Military / MOD Projects
• Experience of Agile Delivery and the use of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Understanding, reporting and analysis of sprint performance
• Demonstrable experience of facilitating scrum events, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Experience of working on large complex programmes with diverse teams (both multi-location and skill set)

Responsibilities

• Act as the Scrum Master / Project Manager to support the development of an IT Application and Infrastructure Solution
• Facilitate scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Monitor and report on sprint performance
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver project goals effectively
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles in project execution
