Requirements

• HNC / HND qualification
• SAP and SBEM qualifications (training can be provided if you do not hold both)
• Experience with Google SketchUp is desirable
• A full driving licence is required
• Strong appetite for learning and professional development
• Excellent organisational skills
• Demonstrated experience in effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively while having fun

Responsibilities

• Conducting energy assessments and calculations for various projects
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to deliver sustainable design solutions
• Managing your workload to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction
• Attending virtual meetings with design teams and providing expert advice
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the timely delivery of reports
• Undertaking SAP and SBEM assessments and calculations
• Providing sustainable design advice to clients
• Producing Energy Statements for Planning
• Liaising with clients, planning departments, and building control
• Offering technical advice and support to clients
• Attending design team meetings to provide energy efficiency expertise
• Maintaining the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and quality
• Organising assessment workloads to ensure timely delivery of reports and results to clients
• Ensuring all reports are sent to clients without delay
• Handling tasks promptly to ensure smooth business operations
