Full Stack Python Developer

Salary: £60,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• We require at least three years of commercial full stack development experience.
• We require strong Python development skills.
• We require commercial experience with Django and/or Flask.
• We require front-end development experience with HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
• We require experience integrating software applications, APIs or customer systems.
• We require experience developing integrated workflows and understanding data flows between systems.
• We require experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• We require experience delivering reliable, production-quality software.
• We require strong software engineering practices, including Git, automated testing, code reviews and CI/CD.
• We require the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• We require candidates to be eligible to obtain UK BPSS and Security Check clearance.
• Existing clearance would be advantageous.
• Applicants for SC clearance are normally expected to have lived in the UK for the previous five years.

Responsibilities

• We design and develop modern, responsive full stack applications.
• We build intuitive user interfaces for complex AI and computer vision workflows.
• We develop applications for image analysis, video review and AI visualisation.
• We create tools for generating and managing Machine Learning training datasets.
• We integrate AI capabilities and applications with existing customer systems.
• We develop software interfaces and integrated workflows that improve existing processes.
• We work with customers to understand their infrastructure, technical requirements and operational needs.
• We collaborate with Python, C++ and AI Engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• We contribute to software architecture, technical direction and technology choices.
