Requirements

• We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience supporting Sage 200 software. You should have a solid understanding of Sage 200 modules and functionality. Comfort in handling support queries through various channels like phone, email, and ticketing systems is essential. A background in ERP software support or accounting software support roles is also required.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be providing first and second-line support for Sage 200 issues raised by our clients. You will be resolving support tickets through phone and email, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and escalating when necessary. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with our skilled ERP support team in a friendly and supportive environment.
