Remote Software Support

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements

• We require 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or educational content.
• We require strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• We require experience with Microsoft 365/SharePoint.
• We require an accounting background or experience with accounting software/workpapers.
• We consider SaaS experience, content performance tracking, or UX knowledge a bonus.

Responsibilities

• We respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• We troubleshoot product issues and escalate them when needed.
• We create and update help articles and tutorials.
• We analyse user behaviour and support Customer Success using Gainsight.
• We collect customer feedback to help improve our product and user experience.
