Salary: £60,000 - 74,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for proactive consultants with an initial 2-3 years of ServiceNow experience.
• We need proven experience supporting workshops and discovery sessions.
• We expect strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
• We value a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Experience in public sector, defence, or other regulated environments would be ideal.
• You must hold active DV / Developed Vetting clearance or SC / Security Clearance with the ability to obtain DV.

• You will work across complex programmes within our Public Sector portfolio.
• You will be part of a high-performing ServiceNow team delivering alongside Functional Consultants, ServiceNow Developers, Technical Business Analysts, and Technical Architects.
• You will help us deliver a one-team approach with our partner consultancies across complex change programmes.

We are Pigment, a change and transformation consultancy that partners with other consultancies to deliver a one-team approach for solving complex change across Central and Local Government, Defence and National Security, Transport, and Finance. We are building a high-performing ServiceNow team to deliver across complex Public Sector programmes. This is a remote role based in the UK with travel to UK client sites, offered on a day rate basis inside IR35. We value collaboration, high-impact delivery, and people who can challenge constructively while working seamlessly across a blended delivery team.
