Salary: £30,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for bright, enthusiastic Software Developers with a strong eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and take on new challenges.
• We value proven experience creating and developing desktop applications.
• We require strong problem-solving skills, including experience debugging low-level problems.
• We are looking for experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C++ or Delphi.
• We are looking for experience with procedural languages such as C or Pascal.
• We value familiarity with version control systems, particularly SVN.
• Experience designing intuitive, user-friendly UIs is a strong advantage.
• We will consider applicants who do not tick every box, as long as they are motivated and adaptable.
• A background working with C# and Delphi is highly relevant.

Responsibilities

• We maintain and improve our core, established desktop applications.
• We design, innovate, and help shape the next generation of our product suite.
• We write and maintain high-quality code, primarily using C# and Delphi.
• We contribute to the ongoing development of our digital document and printing solutions.
• We collaborate with our team to plan, design, and review company goals during in-person sessions at our High Wycombe office.
• We support a remote-first working style while working flexibly and taking ownership of our own career development.
