Role: Typescript Developer (Python / Rust / Go) - Remote Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $30 - $100 per hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Typescript Developer (Python / Rust / Go) to work on a Contractor basis.

This role focuses on applying expertise in Typescript, Python, Rust, and Go to develop and refine high-quality training data for next-generation AI systems.

Your contributions will directly shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform across critical domains such as finance, healthcare, and engineering. This is a unique opportunity to work on the human intelligence layer that powers AI advancements globally.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute production-level development and refactoring efforts in Typescript, Python, Rust, and Go codebasesDrive or support codebase migrations, rewrites, and modernization projects across multiple language ecosystemsCollaborate closely with cross-functional team members to produce, evaluate, and refine human data for AI trainingEnsure best practices in software engineering, including clean code, maintainability, and thorough documentationTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical challenges spanning Typescript, Python, Rust, and Go stacksParticipate in code reviews, providing and receiving feedback to maintain high standards of code quality Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Typescript with experience in production-level development and codebase modernizationStrong expertise in Python, including refactoring and migrating codebases to modern standardsFamiliarity with Rust or Go, with the ability to contribute to multi-language projectsExperience with clean code practices, maintainability, and comprehensive documentationAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple programming languagesPrior experience in software development, testing, or related technical roles More About the Opportunity: This role offers a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader in Artificial Intelligence, contributing to projects that enable AI systems to learn from real-world expertise.
