Technical Product Manager / Delivery Manager

Salary: £24,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of technical experience (full stack, backend, DevOps, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the software/product development lifecycle
• Experience with GitHub or similar staging environments
• Experience working in agile/sprint-based environments
• Familiar with tools such as:
• - Jira
• - Linear
• - GitHub Projects
• Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery efficiency
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level product initiatives into actionable tasks and milestones
• Ensure every task has a clear definition of done and next step
• Maintain visibility across delivery stages: Backlog → In Progress → Testing → Production
• Plan projects alongside product or feature owners
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with priorities
• Identify blockers early and proactively resolve them
• Provide concise daily updates: whats shipped, whats blocked, whats next
• Manage sprint execution in a lightweight, async-first environment
• Keep documentation updated and aligned with production
• Coordinate delivery across teams: Ideation → Design → Development → Testing → Production
• Plan sprint capacity based on realistic team output
