Salary: £26,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong interest in technology and IT systems
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications in IT or a similar field, or relevant experience is desired

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support hardware and software technology
• Carry out system testing, problem solving, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site
• Work closely with clients and technical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and records regarding jobs, projects, and tickets
