Product Specialist

Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• We are looking for a talented Graduate to join our team as a Product Specialist. To be considered for this role, you should have:
• A minimum of a 2.1 bachelor's degree from an internationally renowned university in a STEM or Law-related discipline.
• At least AAA at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points (please include A-Level grades on your CV).
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python or Bash.
• Excellent customer-facing skills.
• A sales spark; while this is not a purely sales-focused role, this skill is necessary due to the nature of the position.
• A motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
• A strong aptitude for picking up new technologies.
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Great communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• As a Product Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for clients and will liaise with internal teams, primarily the tech team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing live customer projects from planning to final review.
• Providing customer training to new and existing customers.
• Delivering workflow advice to customers using our product.
• Identifying significant new projects.
• Performing basic troubleshooting and escalating issues to the tech team.
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of our technology to advise customers on data import/export.
• Providing updates to the management team on accounts.
