Position: UX/UI Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $15 - $85/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week Role Responsibilities Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Ensure all designs adhere to modern design principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.

Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, research insights, and user testing outcomes. Advocate for the user at every stage, balancing aesthetics with usability to deliver delightful experiences.

Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Requirements Have strong relevant experience in UX/UI design, with a minimum of in the field.

Demonstrated mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and clarity.

An impeccable sense of aesthetics is required, with an eye for modern, clean, and accessible design. Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and AI-focused teams is essential.
