Property System Specialist

Salary: £130,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience using any property management system such as MRI, Yardi, or RealPage
• Strong understanding of property, lease, finance, or compliance processes
• Curious, analytical mindset with a proven ability to learn systems quickly
• Comfortable working with suppliers, technical teams, and business users
• Experience using ticketing tools such as Jira is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• Implement process and system improvements for our operational teams
• Manage reporting requirements and develop ad-hoc reports where needed
• Configure and optimise modules across our property management system stack
• Support testing, releases, troubleshooting, and end-user queries

We are seeking a Property Systems Specialist to join our banking team on a 9-month contract, working in a hybrid setup with two days a week in the office in London, Bristol, or Manchester. This is an inside IR35 role offered via umbrella at £500 per day, with the potential to extend.
