Requirements

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE and CRM development
• Experience leading or mentoring a development team
• Solid understanding of the full SDLC
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Power Platform and Azure integrations
• Senior Dynamics Developer experience suitable for stepping into a leadership role is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead our team of Dynamics Developers and oversee the full SDLC
• Act as the technical authority for Dynamics 365 CE, ensuring best practice in development and configuration
• Drive continuous improvement through solution design and optimisation
• Lead our CRM engineering practices
• Establish best practices across the team
• Own and contribute to the design and implementation of Dynamics solutions using Power Platform and Azure integrations
