Senior C# Developer - Eastbourne

Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and C#
• Experience with Postgres and/or Azure SQL databases
• Some exposure to Azure Functions and cloud services
• Understanding of CI/CD processes, with Azure DevOps preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bonus: experience with Azure App Services and Azure Service Bus
• Bonus: understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Bonus: familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET MVC and C#
• Work with Postgres and Azure SQL to optimise database structures
• Develop serverless applications and scalable cloud-based solutions with Azure Functions
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, product managers, and senior engineers
• Participate in code reviews and write unit tests to ensure high standards
• Stay up to date with .NET trends and Azure services
