Senior Software Engineer (CCAI)

Salary: £40,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience with AI and machine learning technologies
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar
• Experience with cloud services, particularly Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with contact center technologies and CCaaS solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development or engineering

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions for the Digital Customer Contact product suite
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the Google CCaaS platform
• Support the evolution of in-house systems and cloud-native services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI integration
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on the team
• Document technical specifications and processes clearly and thoroughly
