Software, Data and Change Manager

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements

• We want someone with hands-on experience of building basic APIs, simple coding, requirement writing, quality assurance testing, and data and system infrastructure.
• We want someone with experience of improving how an organisation operates, not just implementing systems.
• We want someone who thinks across systems and customer journeys, not in silos or tools.
• We want someone with a good understanding of data structure and working with large, complex data sets.
• We want someone who is pragmatic, hands-on, and focused on what works in reality.
• We want someone used to working on small budgets to create a big difference.

Responsibilities

• We will have you lead software, data, and change as one joined-up function.
• We will have you continuously improve end-to-end processes to deliver good customer service.
• We will have you remove manual work, duplication, and inefficiency.
• We will have you liaise with external suppliers and partners to ensure we get the most out of the relationships.
• We will have you ensure systems support our customers and people.
• We will have you lead and effectively embed change.
• We will have you use technology, data, and systems thinking to reduce friction in customer journeys, improve operational efficiency, enable frontline teams to deliver great service, and produce structured data across all business areas.

We are a not-for-profit organisation that offers financial products to the most financially excluded communities in the UK. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week on a fixed 12-month contract, with a salary of up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
