*Director – Solution Excellence / Solutions Engineering** • *Fully Remote** • *Fulltime / Permanent Position** • *Required Qualifications** 7+ years experience managing Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, or Technical Consultants. Experience delivering complex enterprise B2B SaaS solutions. Strong background in Supply Chain, Warehouse Automation, Robotics, or AI-driven platforms. Experience designing solutions involving WMS, WES, WCS, orchestration software, or enterprise operations platforms. Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Business Operations. • *Preferred** Master’s degree or MBA. Experience in robotics or automation technology companies. Global team leadership experience.
