Remote Salesforce Developer

Salary: £45,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements

• We need a proven Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience.
• We need experience with the Salesforce AppExchange security review process.
• We need hands-on experience working on an AppExchange-listed product.
• We need experience gathering requirements from end users.
• We need experience delivering customer-specific Salesforce projects.
• We need strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features and best practices.
• We need proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and API development.
• We need experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools.
• We need familiarity with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
• We need excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• We need excellent written and spoken English.
• Preferred: Salesforce Developer certifications, ideally Platform Developer I and II.
• Preferred: at least one Salesforce Consultant certification.
• Preferred: a Computer Science degree or similar qualification.
• Preferred: experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud.
• We require the right to live and work in the United Kingdom, as we cannot provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• We design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications for AppExchange and direct customer delivery.
• We ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and standards.
• We optimise and enhance our existing AppExchange products.
• We collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, working with customers and our internal Consultants, Engineers, and Architects.
• We translate lightweight requirements into prototypes or proof-of-concepts and progress them into production builds.
• We create technical documentation and user guides.
• We provide technical support and troubleshooting for our AppExchange products.
• We work on customer projects to customise and implement Salesforce solutions according to client needs.
