Requirements

• We are looking for someone with around 1+ years of IT support or Help Desk experience.
• We need strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• We require the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• We value excellent communication and customer service skills.

• We need the ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops and mobile devices is important.
• Experience working with user accounts, passwords and access in Microsoft 365 is desirable.
• Knowledge of basic server and network issues is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• We manage incoming requests as a Help Desk Engineer via phone, email and chat.
• We provide support for Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Office applications.
• We troubleshoot issues across laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• We support user accounts, passwords and access within Microsoft 365.
• We resolve incidents remotely in line with service level targets.
• We work with senior engineers to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
• We support schools with general IT systems, including basic server and network issues.
• We maintain accurate records of tickets, actions and resolutions.
• We build strong relationships with school staff and internal teams.
• We share knowledge and support less experienced colleagues when needed.
