Software Architect

Salary: £143,800 - 143,800 per year

Requirements

• Active SC Clearance (transferable within UK government)
• Strong experience in public sector or regulated environments
• Proficiency in Talend, Unix, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
• Experience with AWS, GitLab, Jira & Confluence
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
• Knowledge in data modeling and enterprise architecture
• Experience with Berlin JobScheduler, Artifactory, Vault, Denodo (desirable)
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale data platforms and transformation programmes

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLD/LLD)
• Provide architectural governance across data and integration solutions
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure designs
• Support full development lifecycle activities (D4D)
• Contribute to test automation and CI/CD alignment
• Ensure compliance with architectural and security standards
