Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior PMO
• Previous experience supporting an end-to-end HR Transformation programme is essential
• Strong programme planning, governance and executive reporting skills
• Experience managing resource plans, capacity and prioritisation
• Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
• Experience supporting a Workday implementation is desirable
• Knowledge of HR systems and operating model transformation is desirable
• Experience with PMO tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira or Azure DevOps is desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO leadership across programme governance, planning and delivery
• Maintain programme schedules, roadmaps, milestones and dependencies
• Manage RAID logs, actions and programme controls
• Develop and maintain resource plans, balancing capacity and reallocating resources as priorities change
• Support senior stakeholders with programme reporting, planning and decision-making
• Ensure appropriate handling of highly confidential HR and organisational information

We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO to support the delivery of a complex HR Transformation programme. This role will provide programme governance, planning, executive reporting and resource management, ensuring the programme remains organised, on track and responsive to changing priorities. The role is remote with occasional travel to the Netherlands, with expenses covered. It is a 6-month contract outside IR35 with a rate of £500-£550.
