ICT Consultant

Salary: £26,000 - 66,000 per year

Requirements

• We require previous IT support experience.
• We ideally prefer experience supporting schools or education environments.
• We require strong knowledge of Windows environments and networking.
• We need someone who is organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred.
• DBS checks will apply.

Responsibilities

• We will provide onsite and remote IT support to schools across Leeds and surrounding areas.
• We will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues.
• We will support and maintain IT infrastructure including Wi-Fi, backups, and security systems.
• We will manage Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
• We will build strong relationships with school staff and deliver excellent customer service.
