Salary: £18,000 - 21,100 per year

Requirements

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, modules, and platform constraints
• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Expertise in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, OAuth, SSO)
• Strong understanding of governance, platform controls, and design best practices
• Ability to translate complex business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions
• Must currently hold SC Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business requirements
• Define technical architecture, data models, integrations, and workflow designs across the platform
• Provide governance and oversight across development, configuration, and implementation activities
• Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities, solution options, and best-practice approaches
• Produce architectural documentation, including high-level designs, roadmaps, and integration frameworks
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and maintainability across all solutions
• Collaborate with technical consultants, developers, and business leads to deliver high-quality outcomes
