Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, along with solutions architecture experience
- Expertise in marketing technology platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SAS, and tag management
- Hands-on skills in Java, C++, Spring Framework, and object-oriented design
- Experience with data warehousing, RDBMS, serverless architectures, containers such as Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, with Azure preferred
- Proficiency with collaboration and code management tools, including Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Stash, and GitHub
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement solutions for marketing technology platforms, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SAS, and third-party tags/pixels
- Design and optimise data warehousing and integration patterns for scalability
- Translate requirements between business, technology, and operations, ensuring understanding and clarity
- Drive proof-of-concept programs and provide hands-on technical leadership in cloud, serverless, and containerized environments
- Guide teams in best practices for coding, DevOps, and security compliance, including PCI DSS and GDPR/CCPA
- Contribute to enterprise-wide architecture and documentation, including UML, ERD, and ADRs

In this important remote role, we will rely on you to architect solutions that power our analytics, personalisation, and data-driven marketing initiatives, and to act as the bridge between business, product, technology, and operations. You will report to the Director, Software Engineering.
