Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements

• We require overall 8+ years of experience.
• We require 5+ years of strong Python coding skills and Python libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
• We require 3+ years of solid understanding of generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and LLMs, and their underlying principles.
• We require strong experience using Neo4J and MongoDB.
• We require experience with Python web development frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• We require experience working as part of a scrum team and familiarity with related ceremonies.
• We require strong communication skills.
• We require understanding and experience with Gen AI implementations.
• We require experience with LangChain, vector databases, embeddings, or related frameworks.
• We require experience with AI/ML model implementations using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and related tools.
• We require Google Cloud Platform knowledge.

Responsibilities

• We design, implement, and optimize generative AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX, including GANs, VAEs, and LLMs.
• We research and implement machine learning algorithms and tools.
• We integrate generative AI models into production systems and applications, often involving APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• We manage and direct research and development processes to support our AI strategy.
• We develop machine learning applications in alignment with project requirements and business goals.
• We perform machine learning tests and statistical analysis to fine-tune machine learning systems.
• We select appropriate datasets and data representation methods.
• We extend existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• We train systems and retrain them as necessary.
• We work with engineering and leadership teams on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training of AI/ML solutions.
