Salary: £120,000 - 130,680 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Engineer
• Ability to complete medium to high complexity tasks with minimal supervision
• Expertise in design and engineering decision-making
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and coding standards
• Experience coaching and guiding less experienced engineers
• Familiarity with JLP Engineering Principles and Quality Strategy
• Hands-on software development skills

Responsibilities

• Complete medium to high complexity tasks as part of the engineering team
• Lead design and engineering decisions for projects
• Contribute to the engineering approach and methodologies used by the team
• Coach and guide less experienced software engineers
• Ensure compliance with JLP Engineering Principles, Guide, and Coding Principles
• Engage in hands-on software development as a significant part of the role
