The role involves designing and developing reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI to support Commercial and Medical Affairs organizations within the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BIDevelop KPI dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports that support executive decision-makingBuild scalable reporting solutions using existing enterprise data models and semantic layersPartner with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Data & Analytics stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, actionable dashboardsUnderstand and leverage data from multiple commercial and medical data sources, ensuring consistent business definitions and reporting logicValidate data accuracy and collaborate with technical teams to resolve reporting issues when necessaryOptimize Power BI reports for usability, performance, and scalabilityDocument dashboard calculations, business logic, and reporting standardsSupport ad hoc reporting and analytics requests from business leadership Skills 5+ years of experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BIExperience supporting Commercial and Medical Affairs organizations within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company with FDA-approved productsStrong understanding of commercial pharmaceutical reporting, KPIs, and Medical Affairs analyticsExperience working with multiple enterprise data sources and understanding how reporting layers and semantic models are structuredStrong proficiency with: Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query (M) and SQLAbility to gather business requirements directly from stakeholders and translate them into impactful reporting solutionsExcellent communication skills with both business and technical teamsExperience developing dashboards using Veeva Vault Analytics (X Pages) is highly desirableFamiliarity with Veeva Commercial Cloud, CRM, or other commercial life sciences platformsExperience with Microsoft Fabric or modern cloud analytics platformsExperience working in regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments Benefits Full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)401(k) plan Company Overview V-Soft Consulting, an innovative corporation specializing in Information Technology consulting; including staffing, digital, and infrastructure solutions.
