Integration Engineer

Salary: £18,000 - 21,000 per year

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Integration Engineer
• Strong expertise with HL7, FHIR, and API-based healthcare integrations
• Hands-on experience with Infor Cloverleaf, including TCL scripting, routes, translators, and message mapping
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production interfaces and ensure data integrity
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences
• Experience working within agile, cross-functional technology teams
• Excellent documentation skills and a structured, logical approach to problem solving
• Nice to have: Familiarity with EMRs, lab systems, diagnostic modalities, or wider healthcare technologies
• Nice to have: Experience with integration governance, architecture standards, or cloud-based integration patterns
• Nice to have: Awareness of regulatory, privacy, and clinical safety considerations

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of clinical system integrations across the Cloverleaf platform
• Act as the organisations interoperability expert
• Ensure HL7, FHIR, and API integrations are secure and reliable
• Support seamless clinical operations through effective integration solutions
• Troubleshoot complex production interfaces and maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with agile, cross-functional technology teams
• Document technical processes and solutions clearly for varied audiences
