Principal Security Researcher

Salary: £90,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements

• We require at least 3 years of experience as a security researcher with proven success finding vulnerabilities.
• We require strong scripting skills in Python and/or GoLang to identify security vulnerabilities at scale.
• We require CRT or OSCP certification.
• We require experience with published CVEs.
• We prefer CCSAS or CCT certification.
• We prefer candidates who have spoken at conferences, demonstrating passion and deep security interest.
• We can only consider applicants based in the UK.
• We are unable to offer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• We identify weaknesses across client infrastructure, applications, and the wider estate.
• We research, discover, and validate security vulnerabilities within our clients environments.
• We explain identified vulnerabilities to clients clearly, including the impact and, where possible, the patching approach.
• We work within our Labs function as part of a security-focused team.
• We use scripting and security research techniques to uncover vulnerabilities at scale.
