Network Architect

Salary: £74,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements

• We require SC clearance for this role.
• We require network-specific certification from Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or a similar vendor at minimum CCNP level or equivalent.
• We require NG firewall experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point, preferably certified at CCSE level or equivalent.
• We would value experience in one or more of the following: Aruba Fabric Composer, VXLAN, NSX-T, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• We require strong experience in network architecture project delivery, including switching, routing, and firewalls.
• We require experience producing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.

Responsibilities

• We architect network solutions and technically lead their implementation.
• We work closely with the wider architecture team to develop solutions.
• We technically lead network projects and ensure customer requirements are met.
• We provide assistance and support on architectural and technical issues to other team members as required.
• We share technical knowledge and experience with the team.
• We create blueprint, High-Level Design, and Low-Level Design documentation for network solutions.
• We guide design documentation through internal and customer approval processes.

We are offering a full remote, inside IR35 contract role for an SC Cleared Network Architect, paying £75 to £80 per hour. This is a network architecture project delivery position focused on switching, routing, firewalls, and design documentation.
