[Remote] Quality Assurance Engineer | $80/hr Remote

The role focuses on manual testing of web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, API, exploratory, user acceptance, and cross-browser testing.

The engineer will create test documentation, track defects, participate in Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Responsibilities Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test documentation aligned with project requirementsPerform functional, regression, user acceptance, exploratory, and cross-browser testing for web and mobile applications, including the LINE appConduct thorough API testing and collaborate with developers to validate integrationsIdentify, log, and track defects using industry-standard defect tracking tools, ensuring clear and actionable bug reportsParticipate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure quality deliverables throughout the SDLC and STLCWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and met, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills Skills Have strong relevant experience in the domain of manual testing of web or mobile applicationsProficiency in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test documentationStrong experience in regression, functional, exploratory, and user acceptance testingDemonstrated ability in bug reporting, defect tracking, and cross-browser testingSolid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologiesHands-on experience with API testing and mobile app testingExceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills Benefits Remote work Company Overview Crossing Hurdles connects skilled professionals with opportunities across AI training platforms and high-growth companies.
