Solution Architect, EPM - North America

Description: Work closely with customers to transform existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business challenges into multi-dimensional Pigment models.Design and build Pigment applications that support customer planning and performance management needs.Train customers to become self-sufficient in using the solution.Serve as a bridge between customer stakeholders and the product team to improve the planning platform.Understand business requirements and document them clearly.Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and deployment activities.Integrate source software and migration solutions, including connectors and APIs.Develop design and architecture documentation.Lead cross-functional projects to improve methodology and processes.Manage the quality of implementations delivered by partners.Requirements: 3 years of hands-on experience with an EPM platform as a partner, practitioner, or modeler.3 years of consultative experience at a large company in financial services, technology, CPG, manufacturing, or a similar industry, or at a management consulting firm implementing EPM platforms for large clients.Experience working at or with consulting firms or system integrators focused on financial transformation, business applications, or EPM implementation (preferred).MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.Strong ability to build complex systems and explain them clearly to stakeholders.Ability to work with high volumes of unstructured data and structure and validate it.Ability to learn new domains quickly and adapt to a rapidly changing product.Experience handling multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.Background check and candidate consent required as part of the hiring process.Benefits: Competitive compensation package.Stock options.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your loved ones.Generous time off policies.Parental leave policies.Employer-sponsored 401(k).High-end equipment to support your work.Annual company offsite and brand-new offices in major cities.Remote full-time work arrangement.
